As communicated in our previous emails & disclaimers, "Wright Research" has been running as a proprietorship with the SEBI Individual Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) license ofSonam Srivastavaand we had submitted the application in October 2020 with SEBI for change in legal structure to a corporate RIA license under the companyWryght Research & Capital Pvt Ltd.We are happy to inform you that our application with SEBI for a corporate license has been approved and we are changing our legal structure!As a final step to getting the new license, we have to surrender our old license to SEBI. As mandated by SEBI as a compliance step we have to inform you of these twopoints:1. We are changing legal structure from an individual IA to a non-individual IA so your subscription will beseamlesslyshifted to the new license.2. Our company registered address is in Lucknow, so physical services will be relocated from Bengaluru to Lucknow.
We are mandated to inform you that if as a subscriber due to objection to any of the above twopoints you wish to opt out of our services (on a pro-rata basis), please let us know by emailing us at info@wrightresearch.inwithin the next sevendays time (by 8th January, 2021) and we shall terminate your subscription.We will resume normal services with the new legal structure soon.
